Rutgers Student Union

“Hey Rutgers! What if I told you this?

The best asset a student at Rutgers University has is his/her fellow students.

Think about all the things students do

If combating ill politics, Rutgers Students work for the change they seek. When creating dynamic social scenes on or off campus, Rutgers Students know how to “organize” a good time. While engaging in cultural activities Rutgers students are so diverse, so passionate, and so creative, it’s easy to forget we’re still on banks of the Raritan.

The Rutgers Student Union is committed to utilize this asset to its fullest potential.

How? Come to a RSU meeting on Wednesdays, 9pm at Scott Hall Rm. 123 to find out.

But Basically

The Rutgers Student Union campaigns to “build a forward looking student government which not only reflects the diverse student body but fights for quality, accessible higher education, empowers the student community, and protects the student voice” (Rutgers United). A democratically run student government, which actively consolidates student resources, expertise, and talent, provides Rutgers Students with an extremely powerful tool to accomplish the goals of the student body.

Perhaps Art, rather then politics, is your thing. We work with a create group call Art House that creates spaces for artists to display there work.

Weather it be political, cultural, or social, RSU wants to use the collect might of students to make things happen.
